  • 120% of AMI for one-bedrooms starting at $2,160
  • 120% of AMI for two-bedrooms starting at $2,574
  • 120% of AMI for three-bedrooms starting at $2,934

Maximum Income Limits are subject to change annual by the City of Tracy. Below will describe the total annual median income you can have in each home based off the size of household of 2022 in the San Joaquin County Area.

  • Household total of 2 people: $96,300 
  • Household total of 3 people: $108,300
  • Household total of 4 people: $120,350
  • Household total of 5 people: $130,000
  • Household total of 6 people: $139,600
  • Household total of 7 people: $149,250
